Carvoeiro is based in the central Algarve and is approximately 40 minutes drive from Faro.

Carvoeiro is on of the more traditional resorts on the Algarve even though over the years the main street has now become a trilogy of shopping streets and bars it still holds onto the small village essence that is Portugal. Carvoeiro sits sedately between the numerous coves and bay’s which stretch the length of the Algarve coastline. Situated south of Lagoa and close to Ferragudo it maintains its traditional fisherman’s village feel were you can relax and watch the world go back in any of the popular coffee shops or café’s. At night it can come alive and with a choice of bars and restaurants can meet the wants and needs of any holidaymaker.
